The International Visegrad Fund
The international project Future Workforce in V3 and Ukraine – Intergenerational Expectations and Workplace Values is currently entering its preparatory phase ahead of the official project implementation starting on 1 September 2026.
At this stage, partner institutions from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Ukraine are carrying out initial coordination activities, communication planning, and preparations for the upcoming research and dissemination activities.
The project aims to explore how young people perceive work, what they expect from future employers, and which workplace values are becoming increasingly important for the new generation entering the labour market.
Supported by the International Visegrad Fund, the project focuses on strengthening international cooperation, sharing knowledge, and developing recommendations for universities, employers, and policymakers.
