The project includes a wide range of educational and research activities:

• development of the new university course Managerial Decision-Making,
• collection of authentic managerial cases from 20 Czech and Bavarian SMEs,
• creation of 20 Virtual Reality Reconstructed Narrative Scenarios (VRRNS),
• joint workshops involving students, academics and business representatives,
• testing and evaluation of innovative teaching methods,
• preparation of scientific publications and methodological materials,
• dissemination of project results across the Czech–Bavarian border region.

Approximately 200 students will participate in the project and strengthen their decision-making, analytical, digital and intercultural skills.
