From September 16, 2024, to September 20, 2024, the opening meeting of the Visegrad+ project was held at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The meeting was attended by representatives of all partner institutions, either in person or online. During the meeting, presentations were made by all partner universities, which presented their institutions, main objectives, and planned activities within the project. The participants discussed, in particular, the project schedule, task distribution, and the methodology of cooperation. The program also included a tour of the University of South Bohemia and the city of České Budějovice, during which the partners had the opportunity to informally share their experiences and establish new professional contacts.

From 29/9/2025 to 2/10/2025, the final meeting of the Visegrad+ project was held in Budapest with the participation of representatives of all partner universities. During the final meeting, the partners evaluated the progress of the entire project, the results achieved, and the benefits for the institutions involved. The experience from individual activities, transferable outputs, and the possibilities of further cooperation after the end of the project were discussed. The program also included presentations by academics who participated in the implementation of the project and a joint discussion on the sustainability of the partnerships created. The participants appreciated the contribution of the project to the development of international relations and the promotion of education within the Central European region. The Visegrad+ project thus completed its activities and confirmed the importance of international cooperation between universities in the field of education, research, and innovation.
