Ing. Miroslava Jelínková
President of the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen
She studied national economics at the University of Economics in Prague. She worked in the Office of the President of the Republic for almost seven years. Since 2015, she has been involved in human resources, and since 2020, she has been an ombudsman at the Filipa Group. In addition, she has been leading a charity division called PRO BONO for two years. In 2021, she co-founded the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen, which organizes, among other things, the COMPANY CULTURE COMPETITION.

Ing. Anna Marešová
Vice President of the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and has worked in various HR positions for 17 years. Since 2010, she has been involved in HR communication and marketing, having entered this creative area of HR at T-Mobile, subsequently leading development and training at Česká spořitelna and working for 5 years at LMC (now Alma Career Czechia as Head of HR Marketing). In 2023, she joined forces with Mirka Jelínková and joined the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen, where she is mainly responsible for administration and communication related to the COMPANY CULTURE COMPETITION.
