MIND – Managerial Intelligence for Decision-Making is a cross-border project funded by the Interreg Bavaria–Czech Republic Programme.
The project aims to modernise higher education in managerial decision-making and prepare students for leadership roles in an increasingly complex and uncertain business environment.
MIND addresses the shortage of qualified middle managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Czech–Bavarian border region. The project combines authentic business cases with innovative teaching methods, transforming real managerial situations into structured decision-making frameworks and Virtual Reality Reconstructed Narrative Scenarios (VRRNS).
The project will develop a new university course entitled Managerial Decision-Making, organise joint Czech–Bavarian educational activities, and create innovative teaching materials that will continue to be used after the project ends. It strengthens cooperation between universities and regional businesses while enhancing students' managerial, digital and intercultural competencies.
