The project includes a wide range of educational and research activities:
- development of the new university course Managerial Decision-Making,
- collection of authentic managerial cases from 20 Czech and Bavarian SMEs,
- creation of 20 Virtual Reality Reconstructed Narrative Scenarios (VRRNS),
- joint workshops involving students, academics and business representatives,
- testing and evaluation of innovative teaching methods,
- preparation of scientific publications and methodological materials,
- dissemination of project results across the Czech–Bavarian border region.
Approximately 200 students will participate in the project and strengthen their decision-making, analytical, digital and intercultural skills.
