Day 5 (May 26, 2017)

Analysis of the Bioeconomy product

9:00 – 15:30 – location: building F – room F3

Prof. Philippe Gay – Professor of Economy, Université Haute Alsace

The students will have to analyse the case of a new product based on Bioeconomy industry, and then have to define how to reassure the consumers on an innovative product even though such risks cannot be known, because the product bases itself on a new technology all the aspects of which are not known. The main topics would be marketing, risk management and ethics.

  • 10:10 – 12:10 – Explanation of the Analysis of the Bioeconomy product (how to work on it)
