Cíle předmětu (anotace)

The aim of the subject is to provide a working understanding of the English terminology, grammar and vocabulary required in order to communicate and manage successfully in an environment connected with tourism or trade and to increase fluency and confidence in using the language of those industries. Students will also develop business skills in areas such as writing reports, making suggestions and giving presentations. During every lesson we will work on English business vocabulary acquisition and aspects of grammar used in different business situations. The course will involve discussions, role-playing exercises and video and listening activities.
