International Business Law with Chinese Specifics

Course with Prof. Jonathan Xuesen Zhang, Ph.D.

The objective of the course of International Business Law (with Chinese Specifics) is to help students of all majors grasp the basic theory and practice of international business, international conventions and practices, especially the relevant provisions of the CISG, and international commercial dispute resolution systems. During the teaching, the Chinese related commercial laws and regulations will be introduced, here and there, as a comparison and for a better understanding.
